About the project
The firm's onboarding lived in dense documents that new agents rarely finished. I reorganized that material into a 20-slide presentation that tells a story: who the firm is, what it values, the tools agents use, and exactly what the first ninety days look like.
A custom icon set and infographic slides — including the org chart and a first-90-days timeline — turn the policy-heavy sections into something people can actually scan and remember.
Approach & deliverables
The deck is built on a locked master template with defined layouts, styles, and image placeholders, so the firm can update names, photos, and dates each quarter without breaking the design. A printable one-page quick reference distills the essentials for day one.
